The investor will build a kindergarten in the Admiralteysky district

At a working meeting between Alexander Beglov, Governor of St. Petersburg, and members of the city government, the targeted provision of a site on the embankment to Novy Ostrov Specialized Developer LLC was approved. Kryukov Canal for the construction of a preschool educational institution.

"It is very important for us to develop social infrastructure in the neighborhoods of the old buildings. Their residents also want to have kindergartens equipped according to the St. Petersburg standard. Under an agreement with the city, the company will build a three-storey kindergarten with 160 beds with a swimming pool and other necessary facilities. This is a historic quarter – all security requirements must be strictly observed," said Alexander Beglov.

The mayor also recalled that today housing construction in St. Petersburg is clearly linked to the creation of social infrastructure facilities.

The land area is almost 6000 sq. m. meters. The construction period for the kindergarten is 21 months from the date of the conclusion of the lease agreement for the land on investment terms. The contract is valid for 36 months. The planned date for the facility's commissioning is June 2027.

Upon completion of the construction, the investor will donate the kindergarten to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
