By the start of the school year, new traffic lights were installed in Shushary, and the tram intervals were reduced.

Starting from September 1, new traffic lights have been installed in the Shushary settlement, at the intersection of Starorussky Prospekt and the Slavyanka tram line, and the interval between trams on route No. 2 during peak hours has been reduced to 7 minutes.
Ten traffic light units have been put into operation, which systematize the movement of road and rail transport on one of the key sections of the settlement.
In parallel with the launch of traffic lights for passengers on the Slavyanka line, the schedule has been updated: the interval between the movement of rolling stock will be reduced, which will increase the capacity of the route and reduce the waiting time for trams for residents of Shushary, especially in the morning and evening hours.
The introduction of new traffic light facilities and the adjustment of the tram schedule are consistent steps within the framework of a comprehensive approach to improving the transport accessibility of the area. The launch of these changes on September 1 is a deliberate decision aimed at creating a comfortable and safe urban environment.
