Public discussions on the draft layout of the St. Petersburg Marina resort area have begun in St. Petersburg

The planning documentation was commissioned by Gorskaya LLC and provides for the placement of public and business facilities, sports, engineering and transport infrastructures on the territory bounded by Primorsky Highway, the border of the territorial zone of TU, the natural boundary of the Nevsky Bay water body, the borders of the territorial zones TI1-2, TR1, TR2, Orekhovskaya St., Zakharyevskaya St., Leningradskoye highway, in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg.
Public discussions will last until April 30, 2025.
The Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture is the organizer of public discussions. The exhibition of the project will be held on the website https://kgainfo.spb.ru/reglamenti/publichnye-slushaniya / from 04/09/2025 to 04/18/2025 (until 23 hours 59 minutes).

The St. Petersburg Marina resort is being created within the framework of the federal project "Five Seas and Lake Baikal", which was included in the updated national project "Tourism and Hospitality". The federal project, implemented on behalf of President Vladimir Putin, is aimed at building 12 large all-season seaside resorts in 10 regions of our country.
St. Petersburg Marina covers an area of 160 hectares on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, where by 2030 it is planned to create a unique marine cluster, including a yacht club, a yachting school, a shipyard and a variety of tourist and public spaces.
The agreement on the establishment of a tour cluster in Gorskaya was signed at SPIEF 2024 between St. Petersburg and JSC Corporation Tourism.Russian Federation", Gazprombank JSC and St. Petersburg‑By the St. Petersburg regional sports public organization "Yacht Club of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg".
The project is expected to attract more than 1.3 million tourists per year and create about 7,000 jobs.
