St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Investment Management" informs about the implementation of a land plot for an investment project. A public auction is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2020. The auction organizer is the St. Petersburg State Public Institution "Property of St. Petersburg".
Land plot area – 5,770 sq. meters. The term of the lease agreement for a land plot on investment conditions is 32 months. The initial price of the auction (annual rent amount) is 9.9 million rubles.
The possibility of implementing an investment project to create an automobile repair facility is provided in specified land plot.
The land plot is leased out on investment conditions based on the auction results. After the completion of the capital facility construction and registration of ownership rights to it, the investor has the right to acquire the land plot in ownership or lease it for 49 years.
