Russia got up to the 20thplace in the Doing Business ranking

In the international ranking Doing Business compiled by the World Bank. In 2013 Russia ranked 92th position passing China, Brazil and India. In the last year report, Russia ranked 112thposition.

In the new World Bank 's report about business conditions, the study assessed 189 countries in ten criterias: the amount of time and money on creating a new business, construction permits, electricity access, property registration, getting credit and other parameters.

Singapore took first place for the 8th time in the countries rating with the most favorable conditions for doing business. Next countries on the list are Hong Kong , New Zealand, the USA and Denmark .
