New multi-level parking lots put into operation in St. Petersburg

In Krasnoselsky district, Gosstroynadzor (State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service) of St. Petersburg put into operation parking lots at the address: Leninsky Prospekt, plot 12.

The investor MetallStroyConstruction LLC completed construction of two buildings – overground five-storey parking garages with a total area of more than 18 thousand square meters.

One of the buildings provides storage facilities for 398 vehicles, the other – for 400 vehicles. There are also security posts, technical and other premises. The project implementation will create new jobs.

The project was implemented in accordance with a lease agreement for a land plot on investment terms accompanied by the specialists of the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg and the subordinate institution of the state-financed institution for St. Petersburg Investment Management.
