An investor has built a new sports complex in Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg

Sport-TEK has completed the construction of a sports and entertainment facility in Sosnovaya Polyana at 14 Pavlinskaya Street, building 1. The permit for the facility's commissioning was issued by the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg on June 23, 2026.
The total area of the three-storey sports complex is 5926.8 square meters. meters. It is planned to hold regional and city competitions in game sports such as mini-football, volleyball and basketball.
Two fields have been created on the ground floor — for sports and entertainment events with stands for 480 seats and for training with the participation of 40 spectators. On the second floor there are two universal halls for choreography, gymnastics, and wrestling.
The sports complex also has two general physical training rooms, comfortable locker rooms, coaching, refereeing, teaching and medical rooms, staff quarters, a buffet and a cloakroom.
Currently, the investor is taking measures to transfer the premises of the facility with an area of at least 26 square meters to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
The opening of the sports complex for visitors is scheduled for early September 2026.
