The investor will build an elementary school building in the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg.

At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted allocation of a plot in the Nevsky District on Bolshevikov Avenue for the construction of an educational facility was approved for LLC “Specialized Developer ‘RBI‑7’”.
The investor will build a three‑story building of a general primary school with 200 seats. The total area of the facility will be almost 5,900 sq. meters.
“The construction of the primary school is the investor’s obligation to provide new housing with social infrastructure facilities.” On the adjacent plot, the developer is building an apartment building, which already includes an extension for a kindergarten. In the future, the new residents, including the youngest ones, will be able to continue their education comfortably within walking distance. In St. Petersburg today, there is a clear rule: housing and social infrastructure are built simultaneously. And recently, they have been built ahead of schedule,” noted Alexander Beglov.
The planned date for the school to be put into operation is the third quarter of 2027.
Upon completion of construction, the investor will transfer the building of the primary school to the ownership of St. Petersburg free of charge.
