The ZSD operator received awards from the international professional skills competition

The team of Expressway Operator - Sever LLC (OSA - Sever), which is discussing the Western High-Speed Diameter in St. Petersburg, demonstrated its high skills in the national competition of machine operators "Building the Future together."
Stanislav Malinovsky, an employee of OSA - Sever, won the 3rd place in the "Front Loader Pro" category. Stanislav received the award from Vyacheslav Petushenko, Chairman of the Board of Avtodor Group, and Valentin Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation.
In the nomination "Combined Road Vehicle", the OSA - Sever team took 6th place. The equipment was operated by Arseny Christman. In conditions of high competition, this is a confident result that confirms the professionalism and quality of training of specialists discussing the WSD.
The participants demonstrated professional mastery of specialized equipment, accurate, verified work on the verge of jewelry. In the competitive tasks, coordination, accuracy, control of effort and trajectory, the ability to work with equipment in conditions of limited space and falling within the specified parameters were important. It is the painstaking craftsmanship that determines the quality and safety of the ZSD users in their daily work.
The ZSD is Russia's first paid intra–city high-speed highway and a key element of St. Petersburg's transport infrastructure. Thanks to the construction of the highway, the transport impact on historical sites in the central part of the city has been reduced, and round-the-clock communication between the northern, central and southern districts of the city has been ensured.

The competition was organized by Avtodor Group of Companies and the Ministry of Transport of Russia. The competition was held from June 18 to 20, 2026 in the Moscow Region and brought together the strongest industry experts from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and China. In total, 34 teams took part in the launches, bringing together 180 machine operators.
The investment project for the creation and operation of the WSD was implemented through a public-private partnership mechanism.
