SPIEF 2025: Investor to renovate the Northern Riviera Sanatorium

On June 19, 2025, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement of intent was signed between St. Petersburg and CJSC Sanatorium Northern Riviera for the reconstruction of the sanatorium.

The agreement was signed by Nikolay Linchenko, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, and Oleg Maslovsky, General Director of Severnaya Riviera Sanatorium CJSC.

The Northern Riviera sanatorium is located in Zelenogorsk at 570 Primorsky Highway, lit. B. As part of the renovation of the sanatorium, it is planned to build a new therapeutic and thermal complex; complete the renovation of the existing room stock, as well as the reconstruction of part of the existing and construction of new sleeping buildings; reconstruction of part of the existing facilities of the sanatorium, including the main building and the dining room.

At the final stage, it is planned to carry out a complete renovation of all existing infrastructure facilities of the sanatorium and complete additional landscaping of the territory.

The project is aimed at creating conditions for taking care of the health of St. Petersburg residents, which is one of the priorities for the development of our city.
