SPIEF-2025: Investor to build new polyclinic in Frunzensky district of St. Petersburg

On June 19, 2025, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement of intent was signed between the Government of St. Petersburg and Sotex LLC to implement a project for the construction of an outpatient clinic building.
The document was signed by Nikolay Linchenko, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, and Ilya Korshunov, General Director of Sotex LLC.
The agreement provides for the establishment of long-term cooperation between the parties in the healthcare sector of St. Petersburg and includes the construction of a polyclinic building for 340 visits per shift on Malaya Karpatskaya Street in the Frunzensky district of the city.
The project for the construction of a new healthcare facility corresponds to the objectives of the subprogram "Formation of an effective system of medical care" of the state program of St. Petersburg "Development of healthcare in St. Petersburg". Expanding the base of medical institutions and taking care of the health of St. Petersburg residents is one of the directions of the program "10 priorities for the development of St. Petersburg".
Sotex has been a partner of the city for several years in the implementation of socially significant projects, including on the terms of public-private partnership. In 2023-2024, Sotex LLC, as part of the design companies, provided the construction of three secondary schools in Nevsky, Krasnoselsky and Pushkinsky districts of St. Petersburg for 1,375, 1,100 and 550 places, respectively, within the framework of concession agreements signed with the city government. The project to create a comprehensive school on Patriotov Avenue became the winner of the MARCH federal competition, held under the auspices of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and entered the TOP 20 of the best projects implemented on the principles of PPP in Russia.
