Open auctions for investors will be held in Krasnogvardeysky district

At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, bidding was approved for the right to conclude lease agreements for two land plots in the Krasnogvardeysky district, on the road to Rybatskoye, for the construction of an animal shelter and a veterinary clinic for the treatment of animals kept in the shelter.
"In recent years, we have been purposefully developing a system of humane treatment of pets. Public organizations, commercial companies, and volunteers help us with this. By creating an infrastructure for helping animals, investors show their social responsibility. By implementing such projects, we ensure the protection of animals from abuse and form a responsible attitude in society towards "our younger brothers," said Alexander Beglov.
The land plots for which auctions are held are adjacent. According to the investment terms, the construction period of the shelter will be 33 months, and the veterinary clinic will be 29 months from the date of the lease agreements.
The Administration of the Krasnogvardeysky district also plans to conclude an agreement with the winner of the bidding for the right to conclude a lease agreement for the construction of an animal shelter for the right to use the shelter's infrastructure free of charge for the development of canine sports in the area.
