    At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the conclusion of an agreement with AN Invest Severnaya Stolitsa LLC on the development of a land plot at Nevsky District, 3rd Rybatsky Passage, 8, letter B for the construction of an automotive industry facility was approved.
    On the specified site with an area of almost 80 thousand square meters, the investor plans to build four production buildings designed for the manufacture of vehicles and equipment. The building area will be more than 37 thousand square meters. meters.
    In particular, the investment project provides for the creation of an assembly plant for unmanned vehicles (UAVs). The basis of the production organization includes the placement of production facilities for the manufacture, assembly and control of products.
    "St. Petersburg was the first in Russia to use artificial intelligence technologies in transport. A new industry related to drones has emerged in the city. More than twenty companies are engaged in their development and production. The President has set the task to develop this technological area. This is an important project for the city and the country," Alexander Beglov emphasized.
    The construction period of the planned facility and the agreement on the construction of the site is 112 months.
