Modern industrial warehouse complex was put into operation in Pargolovo

In the village of Pargolovo, the industrial warehouse complex was put into operation at the address: Vyborgsky district, Podgornaya str., Section 1 (opposite house No. 68, letter A along Podgornaya street).

Investor – Experimental Ventilator Plant, LLC has built an industrial warehouse complex with a production base for the release of product fitted with modern equipment, a unified automated control system, and its own logistics center.

The complex is a compact research center for design and experimental site. A demonstration hall, where product samples are presented, is equipped on the territory.

The development footprint is more than one thousand square meters.

The investment project created 250 new jobs. 

The project was implemented on the basis of a land lease agreement on investment conditions accompanied by the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg and a subordinate institution of St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Investment Management."
