Rosseti Lenenergo will reconstruct two electrical substations in Lomonosov

The government of St. Petersburg has approved two resolutions on the conclusion of agreements with Rosseti Lenenergo, PJSC on the development of land plots in the city of Lomonosov for the construction of facilities for the provision of utility services.

Total investment at the two facilities is over RUB 900 million. The term for the construction of facilities and the validity of agreements on the development of land plots is 36 months.

At the address 1A, Fedyuninskogo str., the investor plans to reconstruct the 110/10kV substation No. 502 Martyshkino, including the renovation of the open switchgear, installation of a new building for the general substation control panel, replacement of the foundations of power transformers, organization of auxiliary systems for the substation, operational direct current, outdoor and security lighting, construction, installation and commissioning work at the "backward ends", organization of relay protection and automation systems, automatic process control system/telemechanics/information acquisition & transmission system, communication systems, air conditioning, internal systems.

The purpose of the reconstruction is to replace outdated power grid equipment to improve the customer quality of customer service and connect new users: industrial facilities, social infrastructure and gardening facilities. At present, the subscribers of Substation No. 502 Martyshkino are Lomonosov Wood Processing Plant, LLC, MetallDesign, LLC and KMT Production Company – Lomonosov Experimental Plant, OJSC.

At 110/35/6kV substation No. 39 Lomonosovskaya, located on Mikhailovskaya street, the subscribers of which are Oboronenergo, JSC and Petrodvortsovy Power Distribution Zone of the Southern Electric Networks branch of Rosseti Lenenergo, PJSC, the reconstruction of the 110kV open switchgear will be carried out, new approaches of 110kV lines and a new building of the substation control facility were built.
