The investor built a fitness center in the Krasnoselsky district.

Alex Fitness LLC has completed the construction of a building for sports activities at 30 Desantnikov Street, building 1. The permit to put the facility into operation was issued by the St. Petersburg State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service on September 9, 2026.

 The single‑story building, with a total area of almost 2,400 sq. meters, will feature a multifunctional space for maintaining physical fitness and taking care of health, with professional trainers. Various formats of sports activities are planned: strength and cardio workouts, group and individual classes tailored to the fitness level of visitors, recovery practices, and stress‑reduction programs.

Currently, the building is scheduled to undergo interior finishing and the installation of sports equipment. The club is scheduled to open in the 4th quarter of 2027.
