St. Petersburg approved creation of social, hotel and transport infrastructure facilities

St. Petersburg Government approved conclusion of an agreement with investor LLC Specialized Developer Alternative on development of a land plot on Sinopskaya embankment, plot No. 36 in the Central District. LLC Specialized Developer Alternative plans to reconstruct the existing building on the site into a three-story building for a kindergarten for 60 children. The facility construction period is 3 years. The investment sum planned is 60 million rubles.

Also, St. Petersburg Government approved provision of land plots in various districts of the city for lease for construction of a CNG filling station and a hotel.

Investor LLC Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo plans to construct a vehicle refueling facility (CNG filling station) in Frunzensky District, on Ninth January avenue, Section 1. The area of the land plot is more than 4 thousand square meters. The construction period is 3 years. The investment project for construction of a network of gas filling compressor stations is recognized as a strategic project in St. Petersburg.

 Investor CJSC Ligovsky 54 plans to complete construction of a hotel complex in Central District, on a land plot of more than 4 thousand square meters at Ligovsky avenue, Section 1. The project provides for creation of a hotel for 141 rooms and conference rooms, a restaurant for residents, administrative and technical premises. The hotel operator is Accor Group, which is an international operator, one of the leaders in the world hotel market.
