The investor will complete the construction of Archivnaya Street in the Nevsky District.

At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the targeted allocation of land plot No. 3 in the Nevsky District on Arkhivnaya Street to LLC “Specialized Developer ‘Setl Oktyabrskaya’” was approved.
The investor will complete the construction of a four‑lane Arkhivnaya Street from Dalnevostochny Prospekt to Oktyabrskaya Embankment. The total length of the street will be approximately 771 meters.
The Governor emphasized that Arkhivnaya Street will provide access to the “Pulse Premier” residential complex and social infrastructure facilities. The new residential area is being developed to provide everything necessary for a comfortable environment. A school with 1,550 places, a clinic with 420 visits per shift, and three kindergartens with 190, 220, and 240 places have already been commissioned. The construction period for the facility is 11 months from the date of signing the land lease agreement on investment terms, and the contract term is 36 months. The planned date for putting the street into operation is April 2027.
Upon completion of construction, the investor will transfer the road to the ownership of St. Petersburg under a purchase and sale agreement.
