Investor modernizes boiler house in Peterhof

At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the conclusion of an agreement with Peterburgteploenergo LLC on the reconstruction of the boiler house building in Peterhof at 13a Ropshinsky Highway, letter A. was approved.
"A large-scale reconstruction of the heat supply system has been carried out in the Petrodvorets district. All boiler rooms have been switched to gas. Most of the heating systems have been shifted. The area is developing, it needs to be provided with everything necessary. A large residential area for 10,000 residents has been built on the Ropshinsky highway. Two schools are planned to be built there. One of them, with 1,125 seats, will begin construction next year. To provide it with heat, it is necessary to expand the boiler room's capabilities," said Alexander Beglov.
The project provides for an increase in the boiler room's capacity by almost half, from 5.5 to 9.05 MW. The duration of the facility's reconstruction and the agreement on reconstruction will be 36 months. After its completion, the boiler house will be donated to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
The reconstruction of the boiler house will be an important stage in the systematic modernization of the engineering infrastructure of the Petrodvorets district.
