The investor has completed the construction of a new sports complex in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg

The multifunctional sports complex was built by the investor LLC "Renaissance of Amateur Sports of St. Petersburg" on Polevaya Sabirovskaya Street, 47, bldg. 3, building 1. The permit for the commissioning of the facility was issued by the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg on November 28, 2025.

The sports complex has five floors, the total area of the building is more than 9,000 square meters. meters. On the ground floor there is a multi-purpose multi-light boxing gym with bleachers for spectators, an athletic hall, an entrance area, locker rooms, a buffet area, auxiliary and technical rooms. A separate room with a total area of at least 55 square meters will be transferred by the investor to the ownership of St. Petersburg.

The second and fifth floors are equipped with wrestling halls, mixed martial arts, stretching, a mirror studio, a recreation area for athletes, locker rooms, a medical office, and administrative offices.

An underground garage with 94 parking spaces has been created on the basement floor of the sports complex.

Thanks to the participation of investors, the necessary sports infrastructure of the highest quality is being created in St. Petersburg. A new modern multifunctional complex in the rapidly developing Primorsky district will serve as a comfortable playground for citizens to practice physical education and sports.
