SPIEF 2026: The investor will build a large warehouse complex in the Krasnogvardeysky district of St. Petersburg

On June 4, 2026, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement on cooperation was signed between St. Petersburg and TREST Group of Companies in the implementation of the investment project "Construction of the Shafirovsky warehouse Complex".

The document was signed by Nikolay Linchenko, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, and Anzor Bersirov, First Deputy General Director of TREST Group.

The project involves the creation of a large commercial logistics center on the territory of the Ruchi enterprise as a single space for the warehousing, storage and transshipment of building materials and the placement of administrative and household premises.

It is expected that during the implementation of the project, the amount of tax revenues to the federal budget and the budget of St. Petersburg will amount to 2 billion rubles.

TREST Group is one of the largest developers in the North-West, the company annually puts into operation about 150 thousand square meters of real estate.
