    The construction period of the facility and the contract are valid for 36 months. Upon completion of construction, the investor will transfer ownership of the facility to St. Petersburg with a total area of at least 100 square meters. meters, which will be assigned to the subordinate institution of the Administration of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg.
    Also, in accordance with the terms of the project, upon completion of construction, the investor will provide free of charge to the Olympic Reserve School No. 2 in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg for sports events at the facility for six hours a week on weekdays.
