At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted provision of a land plot to AVN GROUP on Obukhovskaya Oborona Ave. for the construction of an indoor sports facility was approved.
The investor will build a sports complex with a total area of 2050 square meters. meters. The building of the complex will have a variable number of floors - from one to two floors.

The new complex in the Nevsky district will help meet this demand and make sports activities even more accessible to residents," Alexander Beglov emphasized.
The construction period of the facility and the contract are valid for 36 months. Upon completion of construction, the investor will transfer ownership of the facility to St. Petersburg with a total area of at least 100 square meters. meters, which will be assigned to the subordinate institution of the Administration of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg.
Also, in accordance with the terms of the project, upon completion of construction, the investor will provide free of charge to the Olympic Reserve School No. 2 in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg for sports events at the facility for six hours a week on weekdays.
