SPIEF 2026: Pulkovo Airport and Russian Student Teams agree on new stage of cooperation

On June 3, 2026, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement on cooperation and implementation of the international project "Runway" was signed at the stand of St. Petersburg between Air Gates of the Northern Capital LLC and the Central Headquarters of the Youth All-Russian Public Organization "Russian Student Groups" (NGO "RSO").
In the presence of Ivan Skladchikov, Chairman of the St. Petersburg Investment Committee, the document was signed by Leonid Sergeev, General Director of Northern Capital Air Gate LLC, and the head (Commander) The central headquarters of the NGO "RSO" Yaroslav Zubashchenko.
The agreement provides for cooperation between the parties to attract student troops from Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Belarus for temporary employment at Pulkovo Airport in 2026.
The airport plans to attract students to the operational services during peak hours, which will make it possible to successfully cope with the high-season loads.
The cooperation of the parties is aimed at practical training and career guidance of young personnel, popularization of professional knowledge in the field of service among young people, education of patriotic youth focused on improving the welfare of the country.

Since 2021, Northern Capital Air Gate LLC has been implementing the Runway project, in which students have the opportunity to take their first steps in aviation, combining work at the airport and study. In 2023, Pulkovo Airport began cooperating with Russian Student Groups, and in 2024 it received the status of a federal partner of Russian Student Groups.
