A sports complex with tennis courts was commissioned in Lakhta-Olgino

In Primorsky District, in October 2020, a sports complex was commissioned at the address: Lakhta-Olgino, Petrovskaya alley, plot 13 (Petrovskaya alley, 4, bulk 2, bldg. 1,2).

The main object of the sports complex is an inflatable air-supported structure (ASS) for sports activities in tennis with a total area of 3.6 thousand sq. meters. Two auxiliary process platforms with gas heating equipment, which together with the weather station provide in automatic mode the necessary temperature and pressure inside the structure, are provided at the facility.

There are six indoor tennis courts with "hard" type coating and four open tennis courts with "tennisit" type coating for outdoor play are located within the territory. In addition, the construction of a two-story administrative block and an entrance block with auxiliary and technical premises for the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Teenage Center "Albatross" and for people with limited mobility has been completed.

The project implementation made it possible to create 12 permanent jobs, as well as 8-10 jobs for trainers on a contractual basis.

The volume of investments amounted to 135 million rubles (own funds).

The project was implemented by the investor ERIX LLC on the basis of a land plot lease agreement on investment conditions dated June 7, 2018, accompanied by the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg and the subordinate institution of St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Investment Management."
