For the period from October 1 to 19 October 30, specialists of the Investor One stop Shop front office had received 85 applications for preliminary approval of provision of land plots, for provision of land plots without bidding, on conclusion of an agreement on development of land plots and on holding a bidding for sale of land plots on investment terms.

Potential investors apply for land plots for construction of sports facilities, facilities for cultural and leisure, hotel services, warehouses, car repairs and industrial activities in different parts of the city.
