The park area of the SKA Arena is recognized as the best landscaping facility

According to the results of the XIV competition "Leader of Construction Quality-2025", the park adjacent to the multifunctional sports complex SKA Arena became the winner in the nomination "Best Landscaping facility". The company, which implemented a set of measures for the improvement of the park this year, received the Grand Prix of the competition.
The creation of a park on a land plot of more than 12 hectares adjacent to the sports complex is provided for in the concession agreement for the construction and operation of the SKA Arena. The park's territory includes sports, festival, walking and family areas.
The sports area includes playgrounds for game sports, skateboarding, a playground with exercise equipment and a TRP area, as well as a sports pavilion with locker rooms, administrative and multifunctional pavilions. The outdoor stadium with a soccer field and running tracks, six lighting masts and bleachers for spectators occupies a space of 15,845 square meters. meters.
In the family recreation area of the park there are children's sandboxes, play complexes, swings with canopies. The festival area with an amphitheater and benches is designed for 1,584 spectators.
Granite paving of paths and driveways has been completed throughout the park area, and printed paths have been created. Injury-proof coverings have been laid on the territory of playgrounds.
Benches, wooden deck chairs, bicycle parking modules, navigation stands with mnemonic circuits for the disabled, and information stands are installed in the park for a comfortable stay. Round benches have been set up around the large oak trees for visitors to relax.
The park has about 800 deciduous and coniferous trees, including birches, maples, limes, firs, pines, and thuja. Each tree forms a special natural appearance of the territory. An automatic irrigation system is used to take care of green spaces in summer, lawns are mowed every 7-10 days per season. In winter, plants are protected from snow loads. The decorative lighting of the trees creates a cozy atmosphere in the park.
During cultural events, the park area of the SKA Arena can accommodate about 20 thousand people.

When evaluating landscaping facilities, the presence of small architectural forms, artificial elements of the landscape composition, green spaces, as well as landscaping performed after the completion of construction and installation work, and maintenance of green spaces were taken into account.
