The investor plans to build a two-storey training sports complex with a football field. The total area of the facility will be more than 3,000 square meters. meters. Earlier, the investor was provided with a neighboring site for the construction of the Olympic Hopes stadium. An indoor sports complex is planned to be built next to it.
"The new sports complex will expand the main training base of Zenit football club located in this neighborhood. As a result, we will expand the sports cluster in the northern part of the Specific Park. We will also be able to use the new facilities for city competitions," said Alexander Beglov.
The construction period of the sports complex and the lease of the land on investment terms is for 36 months.
