The concept of the thematic amusement park approved at public hearings in Krasnogvardeisky district

- During public hearings which took place on May 29, inhabitants of Rzhevka supported realization in the region of the large-scale construction project of an amusement park which is capable to strengthen considerably the recreational and tourist capacity of St. Petersburg, - the chairman of Committee on investments Irina Babyuk makes comments. – The important stage of public coordination of the project is passed, further the question of possibility of placement of park on a site available for the investor will be considered by the city commission on introduction change in the General plan.

We will remind, the project of the covered amusement park of the investor of Regiony Group was considered by Council for investments and got approval of the Governor of St. Petersburg. The total amount of investments into construction has to make about 15 billion rubles.

Now on the land plot in Krasnogvardeisky district of 35 hectares in size which is in property at the investor, exclusively industrial building is supposed. Change of these restrictions will allow the investor build here the largest entertainment complex where about 40 attractions, shops, cafe, parkings and hotel will take place.
