At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted provision of a site on Kremenchugskaya Street for the construction of a pre-school, primary and secondary general education facility was approved by Specialized Developer Vozrozhdenie St. Petersburg Construction Corporation.
The investor will build a building designed to accommodate a kindergarten and an elementary school with a total capacity of at least 470 places. The construction of the educational facility is planned by the investor as part of fulfilling its obligations to provide residents of the residential complex under construction "On Sinopskaya Embankment" with social infrastructure.
"It is impossible to build new housing in St. Petersburg today without social infrastructure. We have taken this course and consistently adhere to it. According to the agreement, a building will be built simultaneously to accommodate a kindergarten with 270 places and an elementary school with 200 places. After commissioning, the company will donate these facilities to the ownership of the city," said Alexander Beglov.
