«Guardianship» introduced a modern boarding house project for senior citizens

«Guardianship» private boarding chain introduced modern park-hotel for senior citizens at the architectural projects exhibition in the State Duma.

The boarding house’s universal model for senior citizens, given modern requirements for the facility’s comfort, design and functionality, was developed by «Guardianship» experts together with AMD Architects architectural workshop. The project is mainly focused on a comfortable environment provision for life, communication, recreation and walks in nature. The current complex looks like a small modern village, where each house is equipped with own terrace, garden and certain view from the window.

The estimated boarding house construction cost, intended for 150 people, is 220 million rubles at the rate of 60 thousand rubles per square meter. «Guardianship» company guarantees a return on investment just in a year, given a discount of 150 million rubles. The whole project’s payback period will be about six years.

The residential and public buildings interiors are well thought in safety and convenience terms for older people. Lifts, ramps and convenient navigation contribute to the barrier-free environment creation.

«Senior citizens houses’ competitive concept projects» exhibition took place in the State Duma within September 16 to 20, while being supported by Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Labor of Russian Federation. The senior population’s share in the country reaches 25% and continues to steadily grow, according to the experts. The senior people number, who need to be kept in stationary social service organizations, is 1330 people.

The concession agreement on the social services object for citizens - the retirement home, to be both created and intended for the social services implementation for citizens, was signed between St. Petersburg and LLC «Guardianship SPb» within St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017.
