The shop contraction auction will take place in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg state treasury institution «St. Petersburg’s Property» announced the first investment bidding for the right to sign a land lease agreement.

A land plot, located at Marshal Blucher avenue, section 99 (west of the suppression with Laboratornaya street) in Kalininsky district is sold to build the shop. Full-time auction will take place on December 26, 2019.

The land plot area is 4,2 thousand square meters, the object area is 2 500 square meters, the lease term is 32 months.

Auction is an open one by participants list and bids submitting form. The land plot annual rent’s initial size is 11,5 million rubles.

 

The land plot is located within 24-27 quarter’s boundaries of Polyustrovo district in the Kalininsky district, within which active housing construction currently takes place and retail facilities are required there.
