Moscow discussed strategic initiatives agencies 2020 on investment development agenda

St. Petersburg Investment Committee took part in the conference «100 Steps to a Favorable Investment Climate», which took place in Moscow and which participants list included Andrey Belousov, Assistant to the President as well as Igor Shuvalov, VEB.RF Chairman.

The expert discussions agenda included the investment climate development-related topics. Both experts and regional leaders discussed the investment climate’s transformations over the past 10 years within the «Business climate in the Russian Federation: the agenda of the 2020s» plenary session.

Svetlana Chupsheva, new projects promotion strategic initiatives Agency’s head, spoke about increasing the investment attractiveness of the Russian Federation, in particular, at the international level: «We have already got two new Doing Business indicators in our national rating - access to procurement and training. This could become our competitive advantage in the global ranking». Besides Svetlana Chupsheva noted that the initiatives and issues, mentioned at the conference, will be included in strategic initiatives Agencies works agenda for 2020.
