SPb SBI "Investment Management" informs about the sale of a land plot for an investment project. An open auction is scheduled for December 24, 2020.
The organizer of the auction is SPb SPI "Property of St. Petersburg." Land pot area is 5,770 sq. meters. The term of the lease agreement for a land plot on investment conditions – 32 months. The initial price of the auction (amount of the annual rent) is 9.9 million rubles.
Please note that accepting applications are closed on December 21, 2020 at 05:00 p.m.
The specified area provides for the possibility of implementing an investment project to create a vehicle repair facility.
Based on the results of the auction, the land plot is leased out on investment conditions. After completion of the capital facility construction and registration of ownership rights to it, the investor has the right to acquire the land plot in ownership or lease it for 49 years.
