New production facilities placement tenders will take place in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg Government approved a series of decisions on holding auctions for the right to sign a land lease agreement for the production facilities creation in several districts of St. Petersburg.

It’s planned to build the fish processing products manufacturing facility (closed cycle of fish products manufacturing) in Krasnogvardeisky district, at Anisimovskaya road, section 1. The land lease term on the investment terms basis will be 84 months.

The site is put up for auction for the workshop construction on the sliding partitions and walls production on Makulaturny passage in Primorsky district of St. Petersburg. The land lease term on the investment terms basis is 32 months.

The auctions for two sites will take place in Nevsky district. It is planned to create a woodworking non-waste production (drying complex with a sawn timber productivity of 36 thousand cubic meters per year) on Bolshevikov avenue, section 67. The land lease term on Bolshevikov avenue, section 67, on investment terms basis will be 54 months.

An auction was agreed on the right to sign a land lease agreement, located on Karavaevskaya street within the Address plan implementation of the tenders documents preparation. The land lease agreement term for the industrial activity facility construction on investment terms basis will be 54 months.
