A new comprehensive school with two swimming pools was built by an investor in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg

In Yuntolovo, on Aviakonstruktorov Avenue, 56, building 1, RSTI on Glukharskaya (specialized developer) LLC, as part of fulfilling its social obligations, built a comprehensive school for 825 places. On July 30, 2025, the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service of St. Petersburg issued a permit for the commissioning of the facility.

The school consists of a building with two to four floors with symmetrical division of facades. On the ground floor there are entrance areas of the elementary and secondary school blocks with a lobby and a cloakroom, classrooms and workshops, as well as school—wide facilities - a medical center, a canteen with a food hall, a sports block with two swimming pools. All rooms are united by a two-light space of the recreation center.

On the second floor there are classrooms, as well as a library, an assembly hall and another sports block with two gyms. In the recreational lobby, students can relax and spend time during recess.

Classrooms are located on the third floor, and administrative offices are also located on the fourth floor. For a comfortable connection between the floors, the school is equipped with six stairs and two elevators. Technical rooms are located in the basement.

The investor has completed large-scale landscaping of the school grounds, equipped playgrounds for sports activities and outdoor school events.

Currently, the investor is preparing documents for the gratuitous transfer of the school to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
