A new project in the field of “lean management” has been launched.

On October 30, 2026, a meeting was held at the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg to discuss the completion of the project “Optimization of the process for monitoring the debt of legal entities in the territory of St. Petersburg” as part of the “Effective Region” program.
The event was attended by Valery Frunze, Deputy Chairman of the St. Petersburg Investment Committee; Andrey Gorelik, Advisor to the Chairman of the Committee; Olga Masalskaya, Head of the Investment Development Department; Anna Novikova, Head of the Project Financing Department; Emil Gafiatullin, Chief Specialist of the Project Financing Department; Dmitry Korotkov, Senior Inspector of the Investment Development Department; Anna Ershova, Chief Specialist of the Information Department of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution “Investment Management”; Evgenia Dedinkina, Head of the Department for Improving the Efficiency of the State and Municipal Management System at the St. Petersburg State Public Institution “MFC”; Alena Zhitnova, Head of the Process Management Implementation Department at the St. Petersburg State Public Institution “MFC”; and a leading expert from the Development Support Department.
