2021 budget provides the third business aid package

Preparation of the third package of business support measures is about to complete. The 2021budget draft proposes a moratorium on application of the results of the state cadastral valuation that has been carried out this year. It also provides for new benefits for participants in regional investment projects, extension of the tax holidays under the patent and simplified taxation systems for newly registered individual entrepreneurs in industrial, social or scientific sectors.

The city intends to expand the types of activities under the patent taxation system for their smooth transition from the single tax to the imputed earnings, and also to extend the property tax benefits for social-and-cultural organisations until the end of 2021.

The budget law draft also takes into account the measures taken before. These are reduced income tax rates for residents of the special economic zone and for enterprises that export computer software.

Subsidies to manufacturing enterprises are increased by 70% to reimburse leasing costs, improve energy efficiency and other costs.
