St. Petersburg's investors have provided support to those who need it most.

On the eve of the holidays, the St. Petersburg Investment Committee, together with the Investment Management and investor partners, created a small New Year's miracle for the wards of the Family Education Assistance Center No. 14 in Pushkin and the Boarding School for the Elderly and Disabled in Strelna.
The operator of the Western High-Speed Diameter, a strategic investor, Northern Capital Highway LLC, and the operator of the Chizhik tram line, Transport Concession Company LLC, created a real holiday atmosphere for orphans and those who were left without parental care, and everyone was presented with toys and sweet New Year treats. Caring for the children of the orphanage for these companies has already become a good tradition, testifying to the social responsibility of investors in St. Petersburg.
The ACADEMIA Group of Companies, the organizer of projects for the restoration and adaptation of historical mansions to unique boutique hotels, presented warmth and joy to the residents of the Residential Care Home for the Elderly in Strelna. For veterans and others living in the institution, the company handed over food packages decorated with love and care for each resident of the House, and festive decorations for the stage.

The St. Petersburg Chizhik tram is Russia's first concession experience in the field of urban light rail transport. In almost eight years, it has transported more than 115 million passengers, running more than 12 million kilometers through the Krasnogvardeysky district, providing speed, convenience and safety for St. Petersburg residents.
The Western High—Speed Diameter is Russia's largest public-private partnership project in the field of toll roads. The construction of the diameter began back in 2005, so in the outgoing 2025, the ZSD celebrates its twentieth anniversary – a kind of "porcelain wedding" with the city.
