Investor to build new kindergarten in Moscow region
At a working meeting between the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, and members of the city government, the targeted provision of a land plot on Moskovskoye Highway to LLC Parsel was approved for the construction of a pre-school, primary and secondary general education facility.
On a plot of over 9,000 sq. m. The investor will build a three-storey kindergarten building with 250 places. The total area of the building will be 6250 sq. m. meters.
"Thanks to systematic work, the city has reached record volumes of commissioning schools, kindergartens and medical institutions. It is planned to build 30 schools and 26 kindergartens this year," said Alexander Beglov.
The construction period of the facility is 17 months from the date of the conclusion of the lease agreement on investment terms, the term of the contract is 36 months.
The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026. Upon completion of the construction, the investor undertakes to transfer the kindergarten to the ownership of St. Petersburg free of charge.
