    SPIEF-2025: Innovative production facilities will be located in the ITMO Highpark Technology Valley

    On June 19, 2025, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement of intent was signed between JSC ITMO Highpark and LLC FACT.PROM" for the construction of a complex of buildings to accommodate high-tech industries and knowledge-intensive enterprises.

    In the presence of Nikolay Linchenko, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, the agreement was signed by Andrey Nazarov, General Director of ITMO Highpark JSC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of FACT LLC.PROM" by Alexander Khodchenkov.

    The document establishes long-term cooperation between the parties for the development of industrial, scientific and innovative sectors of St. Petersburg.

    As part of the project stipulated by the agreement, it is planned to create a modern industrial environment for high-tech industries, innovative and knowledge-intensive enterprises on the territory of the ITMO Highpark integrated scientific and educational center in the Pushkinsky district of St. Petersburg by 2030.

    In particular, scientific and industrial buildings of the light industrial format in a modern industrial architectural style of Class A will be built on five sites in the Technological Valley. The project is planned to be implemented in three stages: the first one provides for the creation of a scientific and production complex of three buildings with an area of more than 45 thousand square meters with built-in laboratories, office, production, exhibition facilities., places for public catering facilities and collective use facilities – service offices, coworking spaces, conference rooms and a fab lab. The second stage will include a public and business complex with an area of more than 40 thousand square meters. meters to accommodate high-tech startups and IT companies; the third - a complex of buildings with an area of more than 30 thousand square meters. meters to accommodate small-scale enterprises, research centers and experimental workshops.

    The project is aimed at creating new highly qualified jobs in St. Petersburg.

    ITMO Highpark is a scientific and educational innovation center based at ITMO University, which is being built on the territory of the satellite city of Yuzhny. The complex includes a campus for undergraduates and postgraduates and a Technology Valley with a business park for high-tech companies. The total area of the territory is 86 hectares.
