The investor will build a private school in Primorsky district
The Government of St. Petersburg approved the provision of a land plot with an area ofmore than 18 thousand square meters for rent to the investor ECOBERN, LLC in Primorsky district.
The investor plans to build a general education private school for 308 students in Primorsky district. The building will house educational and computer classes, premises for labor training, methodological rooms, an assembly hall with a stage and a lecture hall, premises for aesthetic education and technical creativity, as well as multifunctional sports halls and a swimming pool.
Also it is planned to place a football field, a running track, and sports grounds on the adjacent territory.
The term for the construction of the facility and the validity of the land plot lease agreement on investment conditions – 48 months.
