The investor will build a kindergarten on Remeslennaya Street.

At a working meeting of the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, with members of the city government, the targeted allocation of land plot 23a on Remeslennaya Street in the Petrogradsky District to LLC “Specialized Developer ‘Pegas’” for the construction of a facility for preschool, primary, and secondary general education was approved.
On a plot with an area of more than 7,700 sq. meters, the investor will build a kindergarten building with 200 seats.
“In recent years, we have fundamentally changed our approach to working with developers. Now, along with housing, they also deliver all the social facilities that residents need. Upon completion of construction, this building will be transferred to the ownership of St. Petersburg,” noted Alexander Beglov.
The construction period for the facility is 26 months from the date of conclusion of the land lease agreement, and the term of the agreement is 36 months. The kindergarten is scheduled to be put into operation in the second quarter of 2028.
