A new laboratory complex for the production of waste disposal equipment has been built in St. Petersburg.

The investor EVOBIOS LLC (Evolution of Biogas Systems) has completed the construction of an innovative production facility for the serial production of equipment for the complex processing of organic waste of any type. On March 12, 2026, the St. Petersburg State Construction Supervision and Expertise Service issued a permit for the commissioning of the facility.

The new production facility is located in the Frunzensky district of St. Petersburg, on Salova St.. The total area of the building is more than 1000 sq. m. meters. The two-storey laboratory complex includes machine tool and assembly departments, laboratory and test benches.

In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the investor is currently taking measures to transfer ownership of individual premises in the built facility with an area of 126 square meters to St. Petersburg.

The project contributes to the development of integrated environmental solutions and advanced technologies in the field of organic waste disposal in St. Petersburg. After the launch of the laboratory and production complex, the company will begin to carry out scientific and research activities in the field of processing organic waste in order to obtain alternative energy resources.

EVOBIOS LLC's services are used in the agro-industrial complex, housing and communal services, food industry, forestry and agriculture. As an additional processing product, biomethane is produced, which is used in various industries, including for generating electricity.
