ITMO Highpark has started creating a Technology Valley model

The issue of work on the technological ecosystem of the ITMO Highpark world-class integrated scientific and educational innovation center was discussed during the round table of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy, which was held on December 9 and was dedicated to the future of Russia in the light of information technology development.
Mikhail Mastin, Advisor for working with investors and residents of ITMO Highpark, announced the start of work on the master plan of the Technology Valley.
In particular, the future Technological Valley is planned to be formed in close conjunction with the new ITMO University campus under construction, its area will be about 25 hectares. At the same time, the potential accumulated in our country during the creation of the largest development institutions and technology parks will be taken into account, as well as the opportunity to scale the experience of St. Petersburg to other regions.
The complex is expected to include industrial areas, a technology park for startups, R&D centers for medium and large businesses, corporate offices and a flagship university that combines science, education, business and technology. The infrastructure of the Technology Valley will best meet the current business needs of high-tech and innovative industries.
When forming the master plan, strategic meetings will be held with potential residents of the Technology Valley: industrialists, IT companies, representatives of science and business.
Recall that on June 19, 2025, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement of intent was signed between JSC ITMO Highpark and LLC FACT.PROM" for the construction of a complex of buildings to accommodate high-tech industries and knowledge-intensive enterprises. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create a modern industrial environment for the rapid growth and implementation of technologies in the high-tech industries sector.
The project to create an ITMO Highpark with a Technological Valley in the Pushkin district is being implemented within the framework of the Science and New Technologies vector of the program "10 Priorities for the development of St. Petersburg until 2030".
