The group of primary school premises includes a block for first grades with a teaching room, rest rooms, and two bedrooms. There are six classrooms for second– and fourth-grade students, three laboratory rooms, one computer lab, and three universal rooms, including for extended day groups.

The group of classrooms of the primary and secondary schools includes 12 classrooms for universal use, classrooms for chemistry, biology, fundamentals of life safety, fine arts, music, foreign languages, as well as two multimedia classrooms, two computer science classrooms, labor workshops, and a library.

According to modern standards, the lobby space with a cloakroom, recreation areas, administrative offices and teachers' rooms, a medical center with a doctor's office, and a dining room with 275 seats are equipped.

The new school has created all the conditions for the creative and physical development of students: an assembly hall with 300 seats, a sports and recreation block, including gyms, storage rooms, two swimming pools (small and large), changing rooms and showers. Sports facilities are also located on the adjacent territory: a football field, a volleyball and basketball court, and long jump areas.

The total area of the school building is more than 15 thousand square meters. meters.

Under the terms of the project, the investor is preparing documentation for the transfer of the school to the ownership of St. Petersburg.
