    The investor plans to build a year-round sports and recreation complex, the Olympic Hopes Stadium, with a total area of over 3,800 square meters. meters.
    "The construction of the year-round Olympic Hopes stadium is provided for by the roadmap for cooperation with Gazprom, which we updated last year. The new complex is necessary to expand the sports base of Zenit Football Club, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. In addition, the stadium can be used for city competitions," Alexander Beglov said.
    The complex will include a multi-purpose sports hall for team sports training with open mobile stands for the duration of the competition, an athletics stadium, a football field, a multi-purpose playground and an athletics sector, as well as an administrative and residential block.
    The construction period of the facility and the lease agreement on investment terms are valid for 48 months.
    Upon completion of the construction, the investor undertakes to transfer the object to the ownership of St. Petersburg free of charge.
