    New power substation and boiler room will appear in St. Petersburg

    St. Petersburg Government has considered an issue of creation of new up-to-date public infrastructure facilities in St. Petersburg.

    PJSC Rosseti Lenenergo approved a lease of a land plot in Krasnoselsky District at the following address:  st. Admiral Cherokov, Section 1. The investor plans to create a three-storey building of 110 kV Yugo-Zapadnaya-1 substation. The project for construction of the electric power substation is being implemented as a part of the PJSC Rosseti Lenenergo 2016-2020 investment program.

    Construction of the facility will make it possible to timely provide technological connection to the electric grids of new consumers and increase reliable power supply to existing consumers. The electric power substation will be designed to receive, convert and distribute electric power. The sum of investments planned is over 1 billion rubles.

    Also, the city government approved conclusion of an agreement with PJSC TGK-1 on development of a land plot at the following address: Novgorodskaya street, Section 36.

    The investor plans to build a new hot water boiler house on a plot of 68 thousand sq. meters to provide heat supply to Central District. The project includes deployment of the main building of the boiler room with a chimney, a flue gas condenser, an overpass, fire and sewage pumping stations and other premises. The project will be completed within 75 months.
