SPIEF 2026: The investor will create a network of aquathermal wellness complexes in two districts of St. Petersburg

On June 4, 2026, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement of intent was signed between St. Petersburg and UK Termoland LLC for the implementation of investment projects in St. Petersburg in the social sphere.

The document was signed by Nikolay Linchenko, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, and Alexander Ruchev, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Osnova Group of Companies.

The agreement provides for the opening of two multifunctional complexes with water, steam and recreational areas "Termoland Aquatic Wellness Complex" in Moskovsky and Krasnogvardeysky districts of St. Petersburg.

In particular, the investor will open the second stage of the complex with a total area of 6,000 square meters on Pulkovskoye Highway. meters in the Summer shopping mall. On Industrialny Prospekt, the total area of the facility will be 7000 square meters. meters – it will be opened in the June shopping center.

The projects are aimed at developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle among the population, increasing the availability of wellness treatments and preventing diseases, as well as developing the tourist and family leisure infrastructure of St. Petersburg.
