An information system of the investment portal of St. Petersburg was presented to the experts of the NAAIR.Tsifra

Anna Koroleva, head of the front office of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Investment Management", took part in the first meeting of the NAAIR.Tsifra expert platform.

The topic of an interactive discussion was the practice of implementing digital solutions to support investment projects, issues of a unified CRM system development in the specialized organizations activities, as well as the functioning of electronic platforms for investors ("investor's account").

Anna Koroleva presented the experience of the St. Petersburg "One Stop Shop" for investors and also information system developed specifically for the investment business processes of St. Petersburg.

A distinctive feature of the system in St. Petersburg is that it contains a module for interdepartmental interaction of the investment process participants, including St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "Investment Management", the Investment and Investors Committee, through a personal account on the Investment portal of St. Petersburg.

According to NAAIR, the next stage will be a survey on the use of information systems by regional special organizations, exchange of experience and presentation of information systems implemented.
