Warehouse and industrial real estate remains in demand in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg experts have discussed the situation in the warehouse and industrial real estate market at the online conference of the Discussion Club of the Real Estate of St. Petersburg publishing house.

During the discussion, Anna Koroleva, head of the Investor One stop Shop front office in St. Petersburg, spoke about interaction of the Investment Management St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution with the investment community as part of implementation of industrial and logistics facilities.

“Currently, the city offers potential investors 21 land plots in nine districts ranging from 2.5 to 100 thousand square meters for construction of warehouses, - said Anna Koroleva. "In addition, on November 19, 2020, it is planned to hold an auction for the right to conclude an agreement for leasing a land plot on investment terms for construction of a warehouse in Krasnoselsky district."
